We advised the special closed-type real estate investment company Tewox, managed by Lords LB Asset Management, on the acquisition of the Dragūnai shopping centre in Klaipėda.
Since 2017, the shopping centre has been managed by the investment company Pirmoji investavimo įmonė, managed by Zabolis partners. For an undisclosed sum, Tewox purchased 3,239 m2 of retail space.
