We advised the Lewben Art Foundation on all legal issues related to the public tender for the lease of art gallery premises in Vilnius Old Town. Following the announcement of the Lewben Art Foundation as the winner of the public tender, it is planned that a modern Lithuanian and international contemporary art and education centre will open its doors in 2022.
Our services and project team
Our role included advising the client on all issues related to the preparation of documents required for participation in the public tender. We will also continue to provide legal assistance regarding the client’s further actions.
The project team, led by partner Aušra Mudėnaitė, consists of senior associate Lina Barniškienė and legal assistant Simonas Šlitas.
