We advised IKI Lietuva on signing a lease agreement for commercial premises in the shopping centre Europa. This will be the first IKI store at shopping, entertainment and leisure centres.
“As much convenience as possible for our customers is the constant goal of the team. This constantly encourages us to improve, so we are raising the bar and opening a store in a shopping centre for the first time,” – says Lina Muižienė, executive director of the Iki shopping chain.
It is planned to invest EUR 2 million in the store, which will start operating in the first quarter of 2024.
