Tikedo S.r.l., controlled by private equity firm White Bridge Investments, acquired a majority (75%) shareholding in the renowned Latvian company SIA IMPAKS, which specializes in producing labels for alcoholic beverages.
Our role
Sorainen advised the buyer (Tikedo) on the transaction. This included full-scope transaction advice for the buyer, including performing legal due diligence of the target company, drafting transaction documents, assisting in negotiations, and assisting in signing and closing.
