We assisted RB Rail, the developer of the greenfield rail transport infrastructure project Rail Baltica, which has the goal of integrating the Baltic States into the European rail network, with the registration of the “RAIL BALTICA” European Union trademark.

Our assistance included advice on necessary evidence and arguments in order to show that RAIL BALTICA has acquired distinctiveness in the European Union.
