As part of the Shared Mission programme, Sorainen provided pro bono legal assistance to SIA Tvigy, the developer of the mobile app Tvigy. Tvigy plans to offer a platform with the goal of connecting users with aesthetic medicine service providers, optimising the services provided by these institutions, and enabling users to select the most suitable treatment service from the options available on the app.
We drafted the Partnership Agreement, detailing the terms and conditions for medical institutions. This agreement is crucial as it forms the basic structure for the partnership, outlining the roles and rules for all partners involved.
