We were happy about the opportunity to assist Viatris, a global healthcare company, in the implementation of structural changes to its business in the Baltics.
Structural changes to Viatris companies in Latvia involved share capital reduction, dividend payments and simplification of the group structure through mergers. The project also involved name changes for some of the company’s subsidiaries in Latvia and Lithuania.
The project required close collaboration between the client’s legal team and Sorainen Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in order to meet the project milestones.
