Sorainen Estonia assisted ViisTek Media, a B2B marketing and technology solutions provider, and its shareholders in the sale of ViisTek Media to Future Gaming Group. The acquisition will enable Future Gaming Group to strengthen their financial position, which will further enable them to expand their business.
