In the course of the assignment, the Sorainen team carried out a comprehensive analysis of the cash pooling and netting services provided by the client and how such services are treated under Belarusian law (including banking laws and laws on payment services), as well as assisting the client with preparing and submitting a request for the clarification of applicable laws, addressed to the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
