The Sorainen team assisted Cajun Operating Company on various franchising matters in Belarus, including franchise registrations, transfers, workouts and dispute resolution. The company has been in business for more than 60 years, owning, operating and franchising a quick-service fast food restaurant chain, under the name Church’s Chicken in the United States and Texas Chicken internationally. Currently the company operates in 24 countries at over 1,700 locations worldwide.
