We assisted the Wildix group in securing an investment from Livonia, one of the largest private equity investors in the Baltic region. Wildix is an innovative software company focused on cloud and browser-based unified communications solutions and VoIP products. Wildix has been recognised as one of the leading players in UCaaS.
The purpose of the transaction was to facilitate the transfer of 11% of Wildix’s shares and to secure a strategic investment, enabling Wildix to focus on continuously improving its product lines. According to the co-founder and CEO of Wildix, Steve Osler, this transaction makes possible the rollout of x-hoppers, a retail-focused solution set to revolutionise the future of retail communication.
