Zoomlion constructed a new utility vehicle equipment factory at the China-Belarus Great Stone Industrial Park. Sorainen advised the client on various construction matters, including the conclusion of EPC, design contracts and technical supervision contracts, local regulatory requirements for foreign contractors, and various issues related to structuring contractual relations with local suppliers and subcontractors.
