Edgaras Markevičius, a public procurement expert, has joined Sorainen. He will lead our Public Procurement & Public Projects practice in Lithuania.
Edgaras is one of the leading experts in this field in Lithuania, having led the public procurement departments of the largest contracting authorities in the country. Before joining Sorainen, he worked as the Head of Public Procurement at Vilnius University for six years. Before that, he was the Head of Public Procurement at Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos. He holds a PhD in Law from Mykolas Romeris University.
