About me

As a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group, I contribute to the successful implementation of projects involving investments and corporate presence. Following relocation to Lithuania in 2022 I have been focusing on M&A transactions, cross-border investment projects and international arbitration. In my work, I am driven by a strong belief in creating better opportunities for doing business in the Eastern Europe, and aspire to help our clients take advantage of these opportunities by improving the local legal and business climate.

Professional highlights

Transaction advisor. The heart of my work is advising on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Having experience of successfully supporting a wide array of deals in a variety of industries, including logistics, manufacturing, IT and insurance, I understand the interests of the different parties and can effectively help them to overcome complexities at all stages of the transaction process, from deal structuring and legal due diligence to post-closing arrangements.

Investment incentives specialist. Global competition for investment is prompting countries to introduce a host of special legal and tax regimes in different sectors of the economy, and Eastern Europe is no exception to this trend. In this respect, I assist investors in making an informed choice of the most suitable jurisdiction and set of incentives for their project, as well as navigating applicable legal requirements.

Strengthening corporate relations. Corporations generate vast and highly complicated networks of relations between shareholders, management, employees and other stakeholders. Whenever these links fail and conflicts begin to flare up, the entire enterprise is put at risk. I aim to prevent these kinds of outcomes for our clients by helping them to devise and implement effective and stable systems of corporate relations and governance. And where a conflict cannot be prevented, I assist in ensuring its prompt resolution and minimising harm to the business.

Arbitration enthusiast. Alternative dispute resolution, especially arbitration, is a passion of mine. I actively take part in developing local arbitration community and put a lot of effort into fostering new talents and introducing young lawyers to the world of arbitration, in particular by coaching students for participation in moot courts, like the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
