Start up smart! Pan-Baltic free legal clinic for startups
If you’re a bootstrapping startup, you may be quite used to applying the do-it-yourself attitude to various aspects of your business. However, when it comes to legal matters, we strongly advise you to ditch ChatGPT and internet searches, and instead join our free legal clinic for startups on 25 May.
The clinic will be hosted online simultaneously in all three Baltic countries. Your startup is eligible to book a one-hour time slot with our industry experts to receive free personalised legal advice.
Estonia
Our Estonian clinic will be hosted by our senior associates Mirell Prosa and Oliver Kuusk, and associate Vladislav Leiri. Mirell leads our Startup sector group in Estonia. She has extensive experience in the sector and can also advise clients on M&A and IP matters.
Oliver is part of our Competition & Regulatory practice group. He is the go-to specialist for start-ups operating in media and telecommunications, or those looking to tackle intellectual property matters.
Vladislav is also part of our Competition & Regulatory practice group. He deals with a diverse spectrum of matters ranging from drafting sector-specific agreements to helping clients remain in compliance with local legislation. Vladislav is also ready to advise startups on Estonian and European Union company law and corporate governance.
