Sorainen assisted Swedish investment company Eastnine in acquiring three S7 business centres in Vilnius. Transaction value – EUR 128.3 million. This is the biggest acquisition in the office buildings category in the history of the Baltic states.
Acquisition of the first business centre was completed in February 2019. Acquisition of the second and third business centres is planned to be completed by the end of the second and fourth quarters of 2019.
S7 are class A business centres, meeting the highest environmental standards. In addition, their design implements modern engineering solutions.
Sorainen advised the client on all transaction-related matters: structuring the investment into a real estate development project, ensuring transaction financing, implementing due diligence of the object, representation in negotiations, and advising on legal matters during the closing of the transaction. Sorainen continues advising the client on the project.
