Sorainen is advising design and publishing company Kopa on implementing a new construction project in the Kaunas free economic zone. The value of the construction contract alone is around five million euros.

Kopa started a new printing house project after receiving European Union support for production capacity development and choosing construction company Panevëþio statybos trestas as contractor.

Sorainen is providing legal services to Kopa in the fields of design, the construction contract and EU financing, as well as services related to the day-to-day business of the company.

The Sorainen team, headed by senior associate Asta Augutytë–Rapkevièienë, consists of associates Mantas Kušlys, Þilvinas Briedisand Almina Ivanauskaitë.
