Join us in our free legal clinic on 29 October to discuss any legal questions you might have!
The clinic will be hosted by our associates Mirell Prosa and Oliver Kuusk and take place at the S2B Work Space by Tartu Science Park, located in the Delta Centre of the University of Tartu.
Mirell leads our Startups sector group in Estonia, bringing extensive experience in the field of start-ups to the table while also advising clients in M&A and IP matters. As an associate with the firm’s Competition & Regulatory practice group, Oliver is involved in advising our clients on telecommunications, media and intellectual property matters.
Each startup can book a 1 hour slot for counselling from Oliver and Mirell for personalised advice. Please book your desired time slot via doodle. Attending the clinic is free of charge. The startup free legal clinic programme is an initiative started by Sorainen in 2019 where specialists from Sorainen offer free legal counselling for startups, stopping in different locations in Tartu each month.
