Join us in our free legal clinic on 11 February to discuss any legal questions you might have!
The clinic will be hosted by our associates Mirell Prosa and Oliver Kuusk and will take place via MS Teams as a virtual event.
Mirell leads our start-ups sector group in Estonia, bringing extensive experience in the field of start-ups to the table while also advising clients in M&A and IP matters. As an associate with the firm’s Competition & Regulatory practice group, Oliver is involved in advising our clients on telecommunications, media and intellectual property matters.

Attending the clinic is free of charge. The start-up free legal clinic programme is an initiative started by Sorainen in 2019 where specialists from Sorainen offer free legal counselling for start-ups, stopping in different locations in Tartu each month.
