Edinburgh International Arbitration Festival hosted by the Scottish Arbitration Centre
The Scottish Arbitration Centre invites everyone to Edinburgh International Arbitration Festival, which offers sponsors and delegates a unique opportunity to interact with leading experts and gain insights into the latest international developments in arbitration law, all with the backdrop of Scotland’s famous capital city.
The festival will be held on 21 and 22 September 2023, a year on from the record-breaking International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) Congress which was also held in Edinburgh.
The Main Festival on 22 September, which takes the form of a conference, will take place at the spectacular Signet Library in the heart of the old town. The headliners for the main festival are Justin D’Agostino MH and Carita Wallgren-Lindholm.
The topics include:
- The impact of ESG on the international arbitration community.
- The role of smaller states, seats and institutions in international arbitration.
Our partner Carri Ginter, will also be joining in the discussion by giving his expert insights on geographical diversity in arbitration, emerging seats and institutions.
