The Estonian Embassy in Latvia is organising a seminar for diplomats and Estonian entrepreneurs. Raul Siem, the Minister of Foreign Trade and Information Technology of the Republic of Estonia, will open the seminar. Among the speakers will be Arti Hilpus, Estonian Ambassador to Latvia, representatives from Estonian and Latvian startup communities, the European Investment Fund, and the Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
Sorainen will be represented by counsel Raivo Raudzeps, who will be introducing key aspects of the public procurement procedure in Latvia.
