Join us at our free legal clinic on 24 March to discuss any legal questions you might have!
The first online legal clinic at Sorainen Latvia will be hosted by our associate Jūlija Terjuhana and senior associate Līva Aleksejeva in cooperation with sworn attorneys from Sorainen Latvia office and will take place as an online event via MS Teams. Attendance is free of charge.
Jūlija is a head of the Regional Startup sector group at Sorainen, and provides consultation to clients on matters related to data protection, intellectual property and information technology law.
Līva is a senior associate with the firm’s M&A and Corporate practice group. Līva helps clients with day-to-day commercial and corporate law matters, as well as local and cross-border M&A deals.
