What is startup legal clinic?
The startup free legal clinic program is an initiative started by Sorainen in 2019 where specialists from Sorainen offer free legal counseling for startups once a month.
Who will benefit from attending?
The clinic is open to all startups, no matter the phase you are in. However, we find that teams who have already successfully launched an MVP get the most use out of the clinic. We can help you tackle all legal and tax questions you might be facing upon building the next unicorn – from intellectual property to shareholders agreements or licensing matters, we have got you covered!
Who will answer your questions?
The clinic will be hosted by Matas Mačiulaitis, head of the Sorainen Startup sector group in Lithuania, and other employment law, IP, IT, telecommunications and data protection experts, as well as tax and finance law experts.
