Pan-Baltic bonds market

This will be the third webinar in the series “Helping clients succeed in the ESG transition” organised by Sorainen.

The bonds market in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is experiencing several new developments, which may provide impetus for its further growth. Namely, as of 2024, new uniform rules for mid-size issues of bonds have been introduced. In addition to this, there is increased demand from investors for sustainable bonds. Moreover, the EU has approved a new standard for green bonds.

These are the issues that will be discussed in this webinar by Sorainen experts from all three Baltic countries. They will also be joined by a guest speaker Silver Kalmus from LHV (Estonia) who will share practical experience from the issuer’s side regarding sustainable bond issuance.
