Laura Nalivaikienë, who headed the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate for nine years, has joined the Sorainen Real Estate and Construction Practice Group. Laura Nalivaikienë will be advising clients on a wide range of matters in the field of territorial planning, design and construction, real estate and infrastructure development.

While head of the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate, Laura’s responsibilities included implementing the authority’s strategic objectives, increasing operational efficiency and improving the legislative environment. She also focused on increasing transparency as well as moving services in the field of territorial planning and construction to the digital environment in addition to consulting entities, improving methodological support for construction sector participants and supervising building modernisation.
Laura Nalivaikienë holds a master’s degree in law, having graduated from the Lithuanian Law Academy (now Mykolas Romeris University).
