You will join the largest and most highly rated law firm in the Baltics, which advises clients on all business law and tax issues involving the region. The company’s team of more than 400 people takes pride in the unique setup of working as one joint team, which is also essentially the basis for the company’s international success.

Main responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for the smooth operation of the Lithuanian People and Culture team;
  • Owning the complete cycle of people`s professional journey in Sorainen (incl. employer branding, talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, development, career management, rewards etc);
  • Developing and implementing People and Culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Providing expertise and guidance on HR matters and ensuring compliance;
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
  • Leading and developing a small team of People and Culture professionals;
  • Managing and developing compensation and benefits program;
  • Nurture a positive working environment and high engagement

We expect you to have:

  • Proven work experience (at least five years) as an HR business partner;
  • People-oriented and result-driven;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player with a high hands-on approach, strong ownership and can-do attitude;
  • Excellent written and verbal Lithuanian and English skills;
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and analytical thinking;
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

*The salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position’s requirements.
