People and Culture Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, goal-oriented, and positive team player for People & Culture team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

About us:

You will join the largest and most highly rated law firm in the Baltics, which advises clients on all business law and tax issues involving the region. Our team of more than 400 people takes pride in the unique setup of working as one joint team, which is also largely the basis for our international success. We work with many of the largest and most significant legal cases in the Baltics.

In this position you will:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment processes (preparing the job ad, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding new hires)
  • Proactively build talent pipelines to attract and recruit different talent segments for various levels (mainly legal students, junior lawyers, experienced legal professionals)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Lead various employer branding initiatives
  • Foster a positive company culture by creating and coordinating events and traditions
  • Contribute to daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks

We expect that you:

  • Have proven experience in the field of talent acquisition (sourcing, recruiting, onboarding), preferably within a professional service or financial sector
  • Have skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Have experience or a great desire to excel in executing employer branding campaigns
  • Possess advanced time management and prioritization skills
  • Possess proficiency in Lithuanian and English, including written and verbal communication skills
  • Are well-acquainted with MS Office and preferably with HR systems (Sage HR or other)
  • Are diligent, discreet, and have a strong sense of responsibility​
