SORAINEN Latvia analysed and prepared memorandums on development, management, lease, disposal and construction of real estate for Latvia’s main university.

SORAINEN Latvia prepared the memorandums as a strategic plan for the University of Latvia on management of its own real estate portfolio. Memorandums included review of such issues as feasibility of alienating, leasing, renting, managing, and developing different types of real estate.
