Professional highlights

Real estate and M&A transactions. I have participated in a wide range of complex cases involving cross-border and local real estate and M&A transactions, including several sale-leaseback transactions. I am deeply interested in contributing to projects that seek to make Estonia a favourable environment for business, such as forward-looking real estate, development and renewable energy projects and transactions.

Real estate contracts. I support clients on a daily basis in preparing various commercial contracts in the field of real estate and construction law, such as real estate lease and sales agreements, construction and building title agreements and servitude agreements. I have drafted lease agreements for smaller commercial premises as well as for shopping centres and larger commercial buildings. My aim is to provide our clients with the best possible support in everyday matters related to these kinds of commercial contracts.

Contributing to the development of construction law. I have contributed significantly to the process of amending the construction laws in Estonia. I was part of the Sorainen working group which analysed the options for digitalisation of the construction field and the problems that have arisen during the implementation of the Building Code. In the working group, we prepared proposals to amend the Building Code, as well as analysing the impacts of the amendments.

Interested in contributing to the renewable energy sector. I am passionate about matters concerning the renewable energy sector. I have participated in several projects that include analysis of the implementation of different renewable energy projects in Estonia, primarily assisting with real estate, construction and planning law matters concerning the development of wind and solar farms.
