About me

I am an associate in the firm’s Real Estate & Construction practice, with experience in public and private real estate law matters. I advise clients daily on spatial planning and building permit procedures, guiding them through the legal and practical requirements. Additionally, I provide counsel on administrative agreements, construction contracts (including alliance agreements), real estate transactions (including legal due diligence), and dispute resolution.

Seeing the bigger picture. To achieve practical results, it’s important to see the bigger picture. Effective legal counsel requires a deep understanding of the client’s operations and goals. By keeping a broad perspective, I aim to find the best solutions, even for complex issues.

Experience in both the public and private sectors. I have led the Tallinn Urban Planning Department and worked for BLRT Group, one of the largest industrial groups in the Baltic region. This background gives me insights into legal aspects, business goals, and the logic behind public sector procedures. My goal is to help Estonian businesses succeed and our economy grow.

Advising on legislative processes. I have experience in legislative projects and advising ministries. My work includes analysing ways to streamline investment and the establishment of new businesses, as well as evaluating the application of spatial quality criteria in Estonia.
