Professional experience in a notary’s office and other law firms providing complex specialised real estate law services has encouraged me to constantly take an interest and deepen my knowledge of the nuances of real estate law. The acquired legal knowledge helps fully meet our clients’ needs and make the most favourable decisions for them.

Implementation of projects of various sizes. The experience gained in real estate projects of different sizes and scopes has allowed us to represent all parties to a real estate transaction, thus enabling us to understand the needs of the parties as well as the issues of each of them. This experience allows us to see a broader picture of the parties’ capabilities and to help achieve the best possible outcome.

Experience in the development of renewable energy projects. I have experience advising international and national developers of renewable energy projects at various stages of their implementation, from land-use planning issues to construction contracting and completion.
