About me

I am an associate and my specialisations include the application of various specific regulations, as well as environmental law and public procurement. I help clients to simplify their day-to-day commercial activities and to navigate the various regulations and expected upcoming requirements.

Professional highlights

Regulatory issues. I advise clients on various licensing requirements and other regulatory obligations. I clarify simplify the enforcement of complex regulations, and provide in-depth advice to clients regarding advertising, medicines, food, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, strategic goods, gambling and consumer protection in general. I have in-depth experience of (1) the registration and distribution of medical devices, (2) analysis of the regulation of arms circulation, in particular special permits for commercial activities with arms, ammunition and special equipment, as well as goods listed in the Common Military List of the European Union. I have also carried out in-depth study of the commercial circulation of arms, ammunition and special equipment.

I most often assist clients with clarifying existing regulations, obtaining a licence and complying with other regulatory requirements, as well as representing them before public authorities and courts.

Pollution issues and waste management. I work in-depth on issues related to waste management, especially hazardous waste circulation. I draw up waste management contracts and help clients to navigate waste management regulations – labelling requirements, exports, etc.

I also assist clients in cases relating to pollution and other environmental infringements and enforcement in the field of construction. I have represented clients during disputes before environmental public authorities and courts.

Public procurement. I have extensive experience in preparing and submitting a wide range of complex proposals. I have also assisted clients in high-profile procurement disputes, drafted complaints and represented clients before the Procurement Monitoring Bureau and the courts. I help clients communicate with their customers, to understand the requirements of the tender regulations and to prepare the appropriate documentation for submission.
