Medical law. I advise healthcare institutions on regulatory and commercial law aspects and represent them in communication with public authorities and patients. I am also actively involved in the legislative processes in this field.

Commercial contracts. I assist clients in drafting commercial sales, service and other contracts; I also represent them in disputes concerning the execution of contracts and the interpretation of their provisions.

In-depth knowledge of data protection matters enables me to provide well-rounded services to our clients and help them avoid related risks. I have extensive experience advising companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors on data protection issues, including the implementation of processes to ensure compliance with the GDPR and preparation of related documents.
