About me

As an associate, I support M&A, Corporate and Employment team members. I mainly draft corporate documents and handle various company law issues.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Diversity as the key to mastery. I believe that effective legal aid should be versatile, benefiting not just the specific area but the entire business. While my main focus is on company law, I am also an active member of the Estonian and regional start-up sector group. I assist senior colleagues in advising start-ups, primarily preparing investment-related documents like shareholders’ agreements, convertible loan agreements, service agreements, and option agreements.

Continuous development. I have built my legal knowledge through various institutions: Viru District Prosecutor’s Office, Viru County Court, Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Narva City Government, and Sorainen Student Academy. Before starting my master’s program at the University of Tartu, I participated in a transatlantic program at Wake Forest University, studying diplomacy, active citizenship, and international relations. As the Estonian youth delegate to the United Nations and the Council of Europe, I have actively promoted human rights, non-formal education, and sustainable development.
