Professional highlights

Versatile expertise. I believe that effective legal aid is strategic, benefiting not just the specific day-to-day challenges but the business as a whole. While my main focus is on company law, I am passionate about the startup ecosystem and strive to understand the unique needs of each startup and its stakeholders. I advise start-ups, primarily preparing investment-related documents such as shareholders’ agreements, convertible loan agreements, service agreements, and option agreements.

Continuous development. My legal knowledge and interpersonal skills have been built through diverse professional experiences at institutions such as the Viru County Court, Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association, Narva City Government, and Viru District Prosecutor’s Office. Before starting my master’s program at the University of Tartu, I participated in a transatlantic educational program at Wake Forest University, North Carolina, studying community engagement, diplomacy and international relations. As the youth delegate of Estonia to the United Nations and the Council of Europe, I have actively promoted human rights, non-formal education, and sustainable development. To gain practical experience in government relations and industry representation, I participated in the TFAS Business and Government Relations Summer Program in Washington, D.C.
