Professional highlights

Corporate law specialisation. I advise clients at every stage of their business journey, from company establishment to day-to-day matters and eventual closure. Reorganisations, including mergers, demergers, transformations, changes to the company’s share capital, amendments to the articles of association, liquidations are my everyday tasks. I also advise clients on the rights and liabilities of management bodies, shareholder rights, and various corporate governance matters.

Collaborative approach. Working on significant company law projects alongside top experts allows me to contribute to our client’s success and motivates me to enhance my expertise in this domain. When handling client tasks, my goal is to consistently explore the situation in depth, aiming to gain a better understanding of client requirements and deliver the most fitting solutions.

Aiming to deepen and expand my legal knowledge continuously. I am convinced that the constant deepening of academic knowledge and practical skills is integral to the legal profession. For this reason, in addition to my studies at Vilnius University, I regularly participate in various seminars and conferences; the most recent have been “Shareholders’ Agreements: Today’s Challenges” and “Lawyer’s Competence and Requirements for a Lawyer.”
