Wide knowledge base. My main focus is M&A and corporate law, helping clients with transactions, fundraising, venture capital, and shareholder relations. I also have extensive experience in real estate, IP, and commercial contracts, providing practical solutions for various issues.

Negotiations expert. I have been involved in many international and local transactions, including top-value transactions in Estonia and the Baltics. I have represented management boards, shareholders, strategic investors, investment banks, private equity firms, and startup founders. I enjoy challenges and believe skilled negotiations can solve anything.

Startup enthusiast. I co-head the firm’s regional startups sector group. Having advised startups from their first steps to successful exits, I understand their needs at various development stages and have extensive experience in fundraising and daily operations. I also helped prepare Estonian model documents for start-up investments.

Knowing both sides of the coin. Before joining Sorainen, I worked at a law firm that grew from a small firm to an international one. This experience gave me a first-hand understanding of organisational growth and its challenges, allowing me to offer practical and well-thought-out solutions to clients.
