Professional highlights

Wide know-how base. To broaden my horizons, I interned at the Police and Boarder Guard Board, Tartu County Court, and a law firm during my university studies. I have also worked as a lawyer in a notary’s office and at an international consulting firm. These experiences have given me a solid knowledge base and a broad perspective, helping me understand different areas of law and spot legal issues that might be overlooked at first glance.

Direct impact on clients’ business. Employment law allows me to work with a variety of companies and people. By finding solutions to their problems, I can directly contribute to their success. I have learned that issues that seem simple at first can be more complex upon closer inspection.

Personal approach. I believe in approaching each client personally and tailoring solutions to their specific needs. Custom solutions are the most sustainable and practical.
