About me

As the regional co-head of the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector group and the head of this sector group in Estonia, I advise clients on a daily basis on what is one of the most innovative sectors of business. My main fields of expertise in the life sciences and healthcare sector are regulatory, intellectual property and data law. My advisory work entails advising clients on their market access issues and representing clients in patent disputes and licensing deals.

Professional highlights

Life sciences and healthcare. My professional activities in these fields range from leading pan-European market access projects to advising clients on specific questions relating to EU or local legislation. I love the challenges that this very complex legal environment creates for me every day. I also represent clients in administrative and court disputes.

Intellectual property and data law. In addition to focusing on special regulations in the field of life sciences and healthcare, I advise clients on two practice areas that are very important to the clients in this sector: intellectual property and data-related issues. Whether it’s advising clients in international licensing deals or diving into data management strategies, these areas of law are never lacking in the kinds of challenges we love to solve.

Contribution to the society. In addition to everyday work, I actively contribute to AmCham Healthcare Committee work and give lectures on sector-specific topics to stakeholders. I also appreciate the many public speaking opportunities I have taken up.
