About me

I am an assistant lawyer with the Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Employment team. I mainly help lawyers advise clients, prepare documents, and analyse merger agreements and other legal matters. 

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Innovation and creativity. I like to think outside the box and find solutions that make life easier and improve client cooperation. I am not afraid to take on tasks that need a special approach and to do things that have not been done before.

Self-development and determination. I constantly work on improving myself both in the legal field and in my personal life. No matter how difficult something is, I know I can handle it and will do my work to the highest standard. I have interned in different law firms and explored various areas of law. My journey at Sorainen also started as an intern.
