Professional highlights

Specialisation in corporate law. Although I chose to specialise in criminal law at Vilnius University Faculty of Law, in practice I decided to focus on corporate law. I always try to meet the client’s needs by looking into the situation and offering an individual solution. I provide clients with comprehensive legal assistance in matters relating to corporate reorganisations, acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs and liquidations. I am also familiar with the peculiarities of corporate governance and corporate structure, and I advise clients on a wide range of issues related to the members of corporate bodies, their rights, duties and responsibilities.

Continuous development. In order to both continuously deepen and improve my legal knowledge and to provide the highest quality legal services to my clients, I am constantly interested in various areas of law, follow the latest case law, study legislation and participate in various trainings. I have also joined the Energy Practice Group in order to not only deepen my knowledge of this area of law, but also to bring my expertise to a wider range of clients.
