About me

I combine the role of knowledge management and innovation specialist with long-term legal experience representing tax authorities. Currently assisting mostly the tax and dispute resolution teams, I put both my knowledge of the tax field as well as skills of visualising, simplifying and improving processes to the best use for clients.

According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.

Professional highlights

Automating documents. As knowledge management and innovation specialist, I develop systems that allow us to work faster and better. Originally required within the firm, those services are becoming increasingly attractive to clients as well. For instance, we have successfully provided the service of automating documents, predominantly work contracts.

Tax Board’s Chief Lawyer. Before joining Sorainen, I worked at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, holding the position of Chief Lawyer. Previously, I held several other leading and specialist positions at the Tax Board, providing legal and auditing services. This experience allows me to help clients practice efficient communication with tax authorities. It helps to know how things work and where to find the information you need.

Visualising helps clients. The work of knowledge management and innovation specialist is highly business-oriented, as it seeks to make everyone’s life simpler by adopting technologies or changing work processes, for example. This skillset is most beneficial in client work – for instance, clients value highly the use of techniques required to visualise processes.
