A necessary amendment to the law to exit the emergency (in Estonian)

In order to resolve the practical and legal issues involved in the chain reaction as a result of the state of emergency, the Parliament passed a package of amendments in the form of a so-called cluster bill (170 SE). These changes were necessary for the continuation of state life in an emergency situation, but at the same time they are not enough to get out of the emergency situation without any problems say our lawyers Norman Aas and Illimar Pärnamägi.
