We are happy to have assisted our clients Booking Group and Chemispec in a transaction for the acquisition of a 10,500 m² office building, located on Meistaru iela, Valdlauči, Ķekavas novads, Latvia, from Laurus Gene UAB. The office building is well-known as the current headquarters of SEB banka in Latvia.
Our assistance
We assisted our clients with legal and tax due diligence on the target, as well as drafting and negotiating the transaction documents. We also worked on receiving of merger approval from the Latvian Competition Council for the transaction.
