Reputable Maastricht University collects and studies data concerning company mobility within the EU/EEA with project “Cross-border Corporate Mobility in the EU”. The project aims to shed light on new areas, such as cross-border seat transfers and cross-border divisions.
Our partner Karin Madisson and senior associate Zane Paeglīte participated in the project by providing expertise as Estonia’s and Latvia’s country experts respectively. This includes explaining and analysing current national legislation as to the possibilities and shortcomings of Estonia’s and Latvia’s cross-border mobility regulations.
The project is led by Thomas Biermeyer and Marcus Meyer of Maastricht University and financed by the European Trade Union Institute and the European Commission.
