Our team contributed to the WTS CEE Tax Bridge 2019 summer issue, focusing on new developments with respect to the beneficial owner concept applied in Central and Eastern Europe. The publication offers an overview of what is happening in some EU countries (Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland) as well as third countries such as Russia, Serbia and Ukraine.
Our team of lawyers prepared articles on Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The team included senior associate Tanel Molok from Estonia, senior associate Zane Paeglīte and associate Alīna Kalviša from Latvia and senior associate Evaldas Dūdonis together with associate Ieva Krivickaitė from Lithuania.
