Connecting international expertise with local hands-on knowledge, we helped Nasdaq create the first cross-border central securities depository in Europe under the new CSDR regime. We developed close-out netting legislation in Lithuania with ISDA and are working on covered bond legislation for all three Baltic States to provide new funding tools for banks and a new asset class for investors.
