We care about the startup ecosystem in our region, so we gladly mentor startups, collaborate with accelerators, angel investors, and venture capital associations and work on establishing connections between startups and investors. To ensure that legal matters help, not hinder, the birth of future unicorns, we host free legal clinics in all Baltic states and contribute to preparing model documentation packages for startups and investors.

Advising the global leader in solar project design software, PVcase, on attracting a USD 100 million investment. This is one of the most significant investments in Lithuania's startup ecosystem and the largest in the Baltics in 2023.

Advising venture capital fund Vsquared Ventures on investing in the biotech startup Droplet Genomics. In the late seed funding round, the startup, now known as Atrandi Biosciences, raised EUR 4.5 million.

Advising the ultra-short pulse femtosecond laser startup Litilit on securing EUR 3.5 million from Taiwanese venture capital firm Taiwania Capital. This was the first Lithuanian investment from a USD 200 million fund dedicated to Taiwanese investment in Central and Eastern Europe.
