In a ceremony held on 8 June, Sorainen partner Renata Berþanskienë was presented with the Token of Honour Award by the Lithuanian Business Confederation (ICC Lithuania). The prize is awarded for organising activities of the ICC arbitration and mediation committee, flexible and effective collaboration and participation in law-making – considering draft legislation, submitting proposals and business representation.
The Lithuanian Business Confederation awards the Token of Honour to ex-chairmen, deputies, corresponding members, honorary chairmen, board members, chairmen of commissions, trade partners, heads and officers of public institutions, Lithuanian politicians, and representatives of foreign business organizations, for extraordinary contributions to ICC Lithuania, and for assisting in developing a positive image in Lithuanian business society.
The Lithuanian Business Confederation is the main organization uniting service, trade and high-tech companies. As the national committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Lithuania it participates in activities of the World Chamber Federation. The Lithuanian Business Confederation represents 29 business associations and over 3500 companies.
