International Financial Law Review (IFLR) has once again named Sorainen the Baltic firm of the year. IFLR recognised our strong track record in advising on innovative international finance transactions last year. It is the eighth time we have received this award.
Our firm’s integration in the Baltics and Belarus enables us to support our clients in transactions that break new legal ground and set new legal high-water marks in the region. Among these transactions are:
- State-owned energy company Ignitis Grupė going public on the Nasdaq Vilnius and London stock exchanges
- The largest bond issue by a Baltic private company to date: Bitė Group and its indirect majority shareholder Providence Equity Partners completed a EUR 700 million refinancing
- Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) consolidating its group’s non-life insurance companies Compensa and Seesam in the Baltics
