- advising global payment technology company Nuvei on selling some of their shares to Advent International (with a deal value of USD 6.3 billion, this is one of the largest fintech transactions of the year in Lithuania)
- advising B2B payment service provider Hokodo on raising EUR 100 million through a multi-jurisdictional securitisation transaction
- assisting Salv Technologies, an anti-money laundering tech startup, to map out the legal framework for cross-border information-sharing between financial institutions in the EU and the UK
- advising Wildix group on securing an investment from Livonia, one of the largest private equity investors in the Baltic region
